Can't wait to meet
Suzette,we must know the same people! I was at St John's in 1990. Who were some of your teachers ? Were your Degrees in Special ED.? I know many of the psychologists involved in teaching the autistic child. Developing the curriculum was hard since the state mandates were very specific. The psychologist in my school now,Dr.Serrano, was and still is very involved with that population,in what has become District 75. I will have to mention your name to her. Do you know her? Jo,thank you for your compliments but you should be talking about yourself. After having left one exceptional career, you're embarking on another with additional degrees. I think that your thoughts of going to Medical School one day,can really become reality. If anyone can do it , you can. Suzette,Law School has always been on my mind, also. I don't see it, so much as politics but as a venue of advocacy. I see the injustices in the educational system and I think that an attorney in defense of people suffering these injustices would be a great thing. I adore my profession,it's through these kids that I see the most change. Leo,I'm faxing you some info.tonight. Call me if you don't get it. Tommy, the kids call White Castle hamburgers,"Barf Burgers". They WERE good, weren't they? Jo,Do you remember who I danced"Hey Jude" with at one of our teen dances? It came to me today. I'll tell the tale tomorrow. Nite all Zeida
