Fairy Land

I remember Fairy Land. It was situated where the present days Macy's is. They knocked it down, and a few private homes that were older than God right along there, and plowed it over for Macys YEARS ago. Its sad, but I remember driving my mother nuts to take me there and let me have a few rides. It was a big deal if we could do that AND eat at White Castle too! Then I knew mom had "hit " the milk envelope too - or at least worked some overtime and had a little extra spending cash. I did not recall it until I read your blog, and then it came back loud and clear. Thanks for the memory. It was a fun time in my life.
