I love Counseling

Suzette,How nice that you're going into counseling. I've been with the NYC Board of Ed. for 26 years now as a school counselor. I was also involved with the Red Cross,during 9/11 as a trauma/crisis counselor. I was fortunate enough to have received my Master's Degree and Later my PD from St. John's University where I worked for a while as an adjunct professor in the counseling department. I have a few credits left in order to complete my PHD. I Love this profession,and I hope to open my own Counseling Center some day,after I retire. Maybe even in Florida,since that's where we're thinking of going.I find it rewarding and fulfilling.Good luck. I called Terrace on the Park today to get info. That's the restaurant in Flushing Meadow Park. They recently renovated it and it's gorgeous. You can see most of the city from the top.They are having someone call me tomorrow so I'll report back.
