Leo, You Didn't Allow Us To Give Up

Dear Leo-
Come on now, "old boy". You never gave anyone on the blogger the option just to give up, when you were riddling them. How come you opt out with that choice for my riddle? And yes, you were too there, dancing by with someone as John sailed by with Carol. Just cause something went on without your knowledge doesnt mean it didnt happen. Come on Leo, think. You know him too (obviously, since we all went to school together).Like I said, he was quite the gentleman, encouraging me not to worry about being seen and all. But he had a bit of a different agenda than I did.

As for the videoing of the organizational meeting, that point has its pros and cons. I think that the NY people have to put an aweful lot of effort into putting this thing together. I truly believe that too many cooks spoil the broth. Lets just put our faith in these NY people to honor the wishes of the majority (of those expressing wishes) and lets just get on with it, organize it, and meet and have a fun time after all these years. Food choices can be given after the set up committee meets, and can be put on a spreadsheet if we are catering in ( the easiest, I feel). The important thing here isnt the venue or the menu, but meeting up with each other after all this time. Lets not be too adult about this - lets not make it complicated. Keep it simple, get it to happen, and enjoy each others company, is my philosophy.

Of course I'll bring the music I mentioned. It's on CD's. I take it Anna has a CD player, right?

Personally, the only thing I would wish for is that we all contribute to the food and beverage, or maybe BYOB wouldnt be a bad idea either. Then we might consider having a maid service come in and set Annas house back in shape the way it was before we all invaded it. That way, no one gets put out, we all pay for the accomodations, and no one has to worry about cleaning up afterwards. We can still all enjoy chatting and reminiscing with each other. There, you have my two-cents worth of input. I think its not too rigid a request, is it?

By the way New Yorkers, we here in Florida are settling in for a freezing night. Temperatures are going down into the 30's tonight. My poor tropical foliage in my yard. It is too large to get enough blankets and sheets to cover them. I have the heat on in the house, and I am wearing warm clothes, but oh boy, these temperatures are NOT why I moved here. I want my hot temps!!!!!! Hopefully the Bahamas will be warm when we cruise there next week.
