Suggestion

We should explore the large platters at Costco,which includes Sushi platters,shrimp platters,turkey,cold cuts,antipasto and other fairly good choices. They feed between 20-25 persons. We can also purchase rolls there,as well as liquor at very reasonable prices. They can be ordered and then picked up on the day of the party. We can order more ,of one ,then the other,if we wish. Actually,I do not want to be on the treasury committee so,Senior Presidente,count me out of that one. We should try to make the catering as simple as possible while providing good and varied choices of food. I think Costco is a good idea. I've tried it's dishes at various functions and have found it to be good. Someone will have to volunteer to pick it up,because they do not deliver. It's in Westbury,Long Island. About half hour away from Forest Hills.
